"Automotive News" reported that Visteon recently announced that the company's board of directors had made a decision to extend the term of office of Visteon President and Chief Executive Officer Timothy Leuliette to 2017.
Timothy D.Leuliette, 64 years old, joined Visteon in 2010 and replaced Don Stebbins, who was fired in August 2012, as president and CEO. He was officially appointed two months later.
The Visteon Board of Directors extended the tenure of Timothy D. Leuliette two years ago. His current term will end on December 31, 2015. After the extension, his term of office will continue until at least 2017.
Visteon spokesman Jim Fisher said that the company will later publish information on salary and other related information in Timothy D. Leuliette’s new employment contract. In 2013, Timothy D. Leuliette’s overall salary reached US$4.4 million.
