Among them, the mark items of 12 products did not meet the standard requirements, and the insulation resistance and dielectric strength of 7 products after moisture treatment did not meet the requirements. These include Mulinsen's LED bulbs (warm white), Shangjin's LED bulbs (energy-saving 6W), and the mechanical strength items of the two products do not meet the standard requirements. Correct replacement of the installation method may result in electric shock caused by spoiled goods.
The industry's low quality is difficult to ensure that the reporter found that among the 46 energy-saving lamps and LED bulbs that were sampled, nine of them did not have a nominal trademark. Most of these products came from some small and medium-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region. The reporter learned that this is because the lighting industry has a low threshold and the industry is chaotic. It is difficult for some small manufacturers to have quality assurance.
In 2012, Guangdong Province had sampled LED lamps produced by 21 companies in the Pearl River Delta region, with a pass rate of less than 30%. In the past year, it has not been much improved.
The Industry and Commerce Bureau reminds consumers to check the packaging trademark, the quality of plastic parts and the appearance of the lamp when purchasing energy-saving lamps. It is necessary to pay attention to whether the coating of the fluorescent powder of the lamp is uniform. When purchasing LED bulbs, choose the appropriate power and try to choose products that have been approved by the relevant departments.
