(I) Overview The mine is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
The mine design and build factories in 1960, the end of the completion of 100 tons / day ore-dressing plant. At present, due to the fineness of grinding, the ball milling production capacity is limited, and the actual production capacity of the concentrator is 70-80 tons/day.
The mine is developed for Pingyi, and the mining method is shallow hole mining method.
The concentrator is located on the lower slope near the Pingyukou (slope 10 ° ~ 15 °). 300 meters from the level of the mouth. Release by hand flat tub opening hole, with a very non-powered rope ramp ore, and then the landslide from slip (grade 3 ~ 5 ‰) about 100 meters before the flip discharged directly from the roll stand 3 to 250 m ore warehouse. The empty car is lifted to a certain height by the height compensator, automatically returns, and then lifted to the pit through the ramp.
The power supply was sent to the mining area from the 10 kV red road of Wenzhou Niushan Substation, 4 km away from the mine, and then sent to the concentrating plant after being depressurized by a 560 kVA transformer.
Water is taken from the inland river below the ore dressing plant, and a section of water pump is used to raise it to the 50 m3 high level pond of the concentrator.
The tailings are pumped to the tailings pond of 50 meters on the east side of the concentrator through two stages of pumping. After the clarification and natural oxidation, the tailings water is discharged from the overflow well to the lower inland river, and the test conforms to the national sanitary standard.
(II) Process 1. Raw ore properties The mine is a hydrothermal fissure-filled skarn type deposit. Metallic minerals are sphalerite, galena, pyrite followed by a small amount, yellow copper ore and the like pyrrhotite. Non-metallic minerals mainly include calcite , fluorite , garnet , chlorite. The sphalerite inlay is coarser, generally having a particle size of 0.08 to 0.16 mm and a maximum of 2 mm. The galena is densely embedded with a general particle size of 0.008 to 0.08 mm. In addition, some of the rich minerals have been purchased, and there are more than ten sources, and the ore properties are different.
2. Process Flow Prior to 1966, the priority flotation process was adopted. After the original ore grade was gradually reduced, the mixed flotation process was changed to the test. The production practice proves that the technical indexes of the preferential flotation and the mixed flotation are almost the same, but the economic effect of the mixed flotation process is remarkable, and the pharmacy, material and electricity costs can be saved by more than 80,000 yuan per year.
Broken: three sections and one closed circuit, the maximum size of the original ore is 350~0 mm, and the final product size is -15 mm.
Grinding and floating: a closed-circuit grinding, grinding fineness - 200 mesh accounted for about 70%, flotation is separated after mixed flotation. The process flow and technical conditions are shown in the figure below.

The mine's self-produced ore is relatively poor, and it needs to be blended with purchased ore. About 15% of the purchased ore is added to the mine every day, so that the grade of lead and zinc selected is kept at 3%. The size, oxidation degree, grade, etc. of purchased ore inlays are different from each other, and the ore dressing plant separately stores them, and plans to distribute the proportions in proportion. And through production exploration and testing, a grinding and flotation process (grinding fineness - 200 mesh accounted for 70%) without the need for drug-free mixed flotation process, to obtain better mineral processing indicators and economic effects.
