Common causes of temperature rise of bearings and their handling measures:

1, due to lubricating oil caused by the temperature rise

Lubricant bearing lubricating oil does not change or maintain for a long time, resulting in reduced viscosity of lubricating oil, oil emulsification, oil contains dust impurities, etc., can cause bearing heating. Only by regularly replacing new oils and strengthening the routine maintenance of the supporting wheel bearings, can effectively prevent the rising temperature of the supporting wheel watts caused by the lubricating oil.

2. The temperature rise of the bearing pad caused by oil leakage and lubricated mounting of the support roller

If the shaft seal of the support shaft is damaged, oil leakage may occur, the oil level may decrease, or the oil spoon may come off and cause the bearing temperature to rise. Therefore, we must do a good job of daily patrol inspection of the wheel seal, replace the seal ring in time, and tighten the lubrication spoon.

3, water circulation system failure

If the circulating water system is not cleaned for a long time, the pipeline will be blocked, resulting in poor circulation or circulation of the circulating water, which will cause the bearing to generate heat. When the internal circulating water pipe of the support wheel ages and ruptures, the viscosity of the lubricant will be affected. Destruction deteriorated the oil quality and the bearing temperature rose. The treatment measures include pickling the circulating water pipes, removing internal oil impurities, and replacing the damaged internal water pipes.

4. Bearing bush temperature rise due to small gap

When the supporting wheel bearings are used for a long time, the contact angle between the bush and the shaft will be larger and larger due to friction. At the same time, the contact gap between the bearing and the shaft is also getting smaller and smaller. To a certain extent, the lubrication oil cannot enter the bottom of the bearing bush for lubrication. Causes the bearing temperature to rise. After finding that the mouth gap is small, it should be repaired and reopened. The gap of the general mouth is 0.003Dmm (D is the diameter of the support shaft).

The temperature of the rotary kiln supporting rollers, which deal with the temperature rise of the supporting roller shoes, has risen, and sometimes it has come suddenly. To face this sudden thermal phenomenon, it is very troublesome to find tools for the time being. If you look for a long time, you may miss the best time to deal with temperature rise and cause serious consequences.
