This sole injection molding machine is used to produce one color and two color in TR/TPU/PVC/TPR/Rubber materials.
The crane bar clamping mold makes more stable and final products without rough edges.
This injection machine have automatic lubrication system. It can make the machine run more years and reduce maintain time.
Upper mold of this injection molding machine can turn 90 degree and push the sole out automatically. Dowe molds plate go out automatically after open mold, insure the products' shape don't broken. And it reduce working intensity for workers.
Touch screen computer and PLC system are in brand Siemens, Schneider, Motsubishi, witch insure the machine to work stable and precise. Machine has the automatical protct device for electric/ liquid/air.
Automatic compensation for mold thickness and suitable for different size of molds to enhance produce flexibility. Mold plate and mold have cooling system. It can make the product shape faster and increase the production capacity.
This injection machine has servo motor which can save lots of electric consumption.
