The research and development of the process technology was jointly undertaken by Hefei Universal Rubber General Plant, Shenyang Reclaimed Rubber Plant and Tianjin Reclaimed Rubber Plant. In 1991, the project was included in the scientific and technological research project of the Ministry of Chemical Industry; in 1992, the project was listed in the National Science and Technology Commission Spark Program. After more than three years of research, the new process technology for waste rubber dynamic desulfurization was successfully developed. In 1994, it passed the original scientific identification of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. The new dynamic technology of waste rubber dynamic desulfurization completely changed the backward and seriously polluted reclaimed rubber production process in China, and promoted the redevelopment of the waste rubber comprehensive utilization industry. At the same time, this technology has also gone abroad.

According to the test, the reclaimed rubber produced by the new dynamic technology of waste rubber dynamic desulfurization has stable product performance, reliable quality, and all physical and chemical indicators have reached the national standards. Compared with the water-oil method, the process is simplified and investment is reduced. At that time, it was estimated that the total output of reclaimed rubber in the country was about 300,000 tons. If 2/3 of the technology is used, it can save 95.16 million kwh per year, saving 5.52 million tons of water, saving 81,800 tons of coal, and directly saving costs 4793. 4 million.
