Soft seal gate valve quality
1, the valve body material should be cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, 316L and mark the physical and chemical test data of the grade and cast iron.
2, stem material, to stainless steel stem (2CR13), large caliber valve should also be stainless steel embedded package stem.
3, the nut material is made of cast aluminum brass or cast aluminum bronze, and the hardness and strength are greater than that of the stem.
4, the hardness and strength of the valve bushing material should not be greater than that of the stem, and it will not form electrochemical corrosion with the valve stem and valve body under the condition of water immersion.
5, the material of the sealing surface
