2. The sewage suction truck is lifted by hydraulic pressure on the flat ground.
 Sewage suction trucks are strictly prohibited to lift and lift hydraulically on inclined roads. If they are lifted by hydraulic lifting on an inclined road surface, the weight of the car body will be tilted to a point due to uneven road surface, and the parts will be distorted and easily cause rollover accidents.
3 , Â When the suction truck hydraulically lifts, open the rear doors and windows first.
The tank rear door should be opened before the hydraulic lifting and unloading sludge. It is forbidden to lift the sewage tanker hydraulically and then open the back door of the tank body. After the lift, the center of gravity will cause the risk of rollover.
4, When the suction pump clutch air pump power and the vacuum pump power take power, the operating driver must control the throttle, make the engine idle, and completely step on the clutch pedal, after the power take off, to slow down and release the clutch pedal . Do not hang the power lever without depressing the clutch. Otherwise, the power take-off gear will hit the running gear and cause both gears to be damaged. Suction pump power take-off lever must be placed in the middle position when the vehicle is running.
                 5. Do not use suction trucks to inhale or transport waste oil and dangerous goods. When the hydraulic lift raises the sludge tank of the suction truck and enters the tank or performs maintenance, the support rod and the safety stop must be used. When transporting sewage, the back door tank clamping device must be used. Because there is no wave board in the tank and the center of gravity is high, the vehicle must be driven at a medium or low speed, and it must not be turned sharply or braked.
Two: Sewage suction suction operation method:
1, Â Sewage suction vehicle before operation preparation
Close the suction door of the tank body and observe whether the vacuum oil separator oil is normal.
2, Â Operation sequence:
A. Depress the clutch pedal and push the power take-off lever to operate the vacuum pump. Then slowly release the clutch pedal.
B , Turn on the squeegee alarm switch in the cab.
C , The hand throttle lever is pulled to the maximum position, observation tachometer, to make 500-600 rev / min (it has been adjusted at the factory).
D , the four-way valve conversion handle placed in the suction position, and check the trachea exhaust air is correct, whether the vacuum pump operation sound, the vacuum gauge is normal.
E , Remove the suction hose from the suction truck and put it into the sinkhole. In order to make the suction hose straight or free-bend, the parking position should be fully considered.
3 , Â Sewage suction car intake work notes:
A , stones larger than 50mm , cotton yarn, leaves and other impurities will plug the straw. Therefore do not inhale and should always be removed.
B , Observe the vacuum gauge reading to 65-80 kPa, fully open the suction pump ball valve, half-open state is easy to damage the valve core. When inhaling the sludge, you should always move the suction tube. When inhaling the high-viscosity sludge, inhale air and water occasionally to increase the pollution efficiency.
 Three: Sewage vehicle sewage discharge method:
After the separation of mud and water, open the drain ball valve and repeat the suction after draining the sewage, and pressurize and drain quickly. The operation method is as follows.
1,  Place the four-way valve shift lever in the “neutral†position and then place the drain ball valve in the “on†position to reliably discharge gravity.
2, Â The sewage suction car four-way valve is switched to the discharge position, and the vacuum pump continues to work, and the compressed air discharged into the tank will be quickly discharged.
3 , Â When the pressure is drained, the discharge ball valve shall be opened first to move the four-way ball valve to the discharge position, so as to avoid the pressure in the tank being too high, causing an accident and affecting the sealing of the tank door.
Four: sewage sludge removal method
1, Â Depress the clutch, dial the pneumatic reversing valve to the open position, or push the power take-off lever to operate the oil pump.
2, Â Open the ball valve of the tank door, discharge part of the sewage, and reduce the pressure in the tank to make it open to the atmosphere.
3 , Â Loosen the tank door lock, loosen the handle and completely remove the screw.
4,  Place the tank door opening and closing lever of the manual reversing valve of the sewage suction truck into “ONâ€. Before opening, confirm that the pressure in the tank is equal to atmospheric pressure. If the tank door is opened under negative pressure, it will damage the tank door seal and Cylinder.
5, Â Place the hydraulic lift stem of the manual reversing valve in the "up" position.
6,  In the recovery operation after the sludge is discharged, place the hydraulic cylinder operating lever in the “down†position, and check the following after safe descent:
A. Check the tank door flange and seal ring for dirt and brush it clean with a brush.
B , Place the tank door open/close lever “closed†and safely close the door leaf,
C , Insert the clamping device screw into the pot side screw hole and turn the handle until the rear tank door is tight.
