Structural features of electric hoist:
1.The structure of the conical electric hoist has the characteristics of generating axial magnetic tension.The brake friction plate is installed on the fan brake wheel, and the locking nut and screw fasten the fan brake wheel to the rear end of the motor rotor shaft.
2.When the electric hoist starts,the magnetic tension overcomes the pressure of the spring,causing the rotor and the fan brake wheel connected to the rotor to produce axial displacement,the brake ring is disengaged from the rear end cover, and the rotor rotates freely(that is, the working state).
3.After the electric hoist is powered off,the magnetic pulling force disappears. Under the action of the pressure spring,the fan brake wheel and the end cover are braked tightly,relying on the friction force generated by the conical surface to obtain the braking effect.
4.When the electric hoist brakes under the rated load,the sliding distance of the heavy object should not exceed 1/100 of the lifting speed,otherwise,it should be adjusted.
(1)When adjusting,loosen the screw and tighten the lock nut to increase the pressure of the spring and obtain a larger braking torque.
(2)The adjustment gap is generally 1.5 mm.It can be measured by repeatedly starting and observing the axial movement of the motor shaft.
(3)The clearance adjustment method of CD10 ton and CD104-16(20) ton cone motor is opposite to the above method.
