Provisions for safe operation of blasting work

1. All blasting personnel, including blasting, drug delivery, and charging personnel, must be familiar with the performance of explosive materials and related regulations.
2. The blasting work must be performed by a full-time blaster. The blasting operation must implement the "one shot three inspections" and "three-person chain blasting" system, and check the detonation site before the detonation, the concentration of hyperthyroidism. Outburst coal blasting mining face layer must serve full-time fixed by the blasting work.
3. Safety measures should be taken when the tunneling face should be detonated once in full section and cannot be detonated once in full section. In the mining face with gas or coal dust explosion hazard, millisecond blasting should be used.
4. It is strictly forbidden to charge or blast before one of the following conditions before and after blasting:
(1) The top control distance of the mining face does not meet the requirements of the operating regulations, or the bracket is damaged.
(2) The gas concentration in the airflow within 20m of the blasting site reaches or exceeds 1.0%.
(3) Within 20m of the blasting site, the mine car, uncleared coal, grinding or other objects block more than 1/3 of the roadway section.
(4) Abnormalities in the blasthole, sudden high temperature, significant gas emission, loose coal, and old air.
(5) The air volume at the mining face is insufficient.

1. When assembling the explosive charge, it must be carried out near the blasting work place where the top plate is intact, the support is complete, and the electrical equipment and electrical conductors are avoided. It is strictly forbidden to sit on the explosive material box and assemble the explosive charge. The electric detonator must be loaded from the top of the medicine roll. It is strictly forbidden to use electric detonators instead of bamboo and wooden sticks.
2. Before charging, first remove the rock powder (crushing) in the blasthole, and then gently push the medicine roll with the surgical or bamboo guns. Do not collide or tamper. Each of the medicine rolls in the blasthole must be in close contact with each other. Water-resistant explosives should be used for blastholes with water.
3. After charging, the electric detonator pin must be suspended. It is forbidden to contact the conductors such as the electric detonator and the blasting busbar with mechanical and electrical equipment.
4. Strictly implement the "one shot three inspections" system. It is the gas inspector checking the gas before, before, and after the shot. Before the blasting, the blasting busbar is connected to the foot line, the inspection line and the power-on work, and only one blaster is allowed to perform.
5. The handle of the detonator, the key or the key to the electric ignition terminal box must be carried by the blaster and it is strictly forbidden to transfer it to others. The handle or key can only be inserted into the detonator or the electric detonation junction box when the blast is energized. Immediately after blasting, the handle or key must be removed, the busbar removed and the kinks twisted into a short circuit.
6. Before the blast, the team leader must count the number of people, and after confirming the mistake, the order will be issued. After the blaster receives the detonation order, he must first issue a blasting siren, at least another 5s before detonation. The blasthole of the charge should be blasted.
7. After the blasting, the guns on the working surface are blown away. The blaster, gas inspector and team leader must first inspect the blasting site to check the ventilation, gas, coal dust, roof, bracket, blasting, residual explosion and so on. In case of danger, it must be disposed of immediately.
