KK module is a motor-driven positioning platform.It's composed of a ball screw and a U-shaped linear slide guide, and its carriage is both the driving nut of the ball screw and the guide slider of the linear slide.
It is an automatic upgrade unit after the linear guide rail.

Ball Screw Driven Actuator
The ball screw type linear module is mainly composed of ball screw, linear guide, aluminum alloy profile, ball screw support seat, coupling, motor, photoelectric switch, etc.
ALM ball screw driven linear actuators take advantage on market with high precision positioning accuracy.P grade repeatability is ±0.005mm.H grade repeatability positioning accuracy is ±0.01mm.
In addition,large lead high speed ball screw or lead screw linear electric actuators are also available.
Belt Driven Electric Actuator
The main components of the synchronous belt linear module are: belt, linear guide, aluminum alloy profile, coupling, motor, photoelectric switch, etc
Compared to ball screw type linear actuator,belt driven actuator is more affordable and can acheive fast speed.
