How Climate Control Room Realizes Its Control Algorithm

The artificial climate room is an instrument that simulates the natural environment and can comprehensively realize temperature control, humidity control, light control, and time control. The climate chamber system control includes temperature control, humidity control, and illumination control. The system includes three sub-controllers: temperature controller, humidity controller, and illumination controller. The temperature controller adopts fuzzy PID controller to realize the high performance of the system. From the aspects of performance and practicality, choose Fuzzy-P switch D switch control; humidity accuracy is slightly lower than the temperature, using fuzzy controller; and lighting control It is simple, because the illuminance of the illumination lamp is a function of the voltage applied to the illumination lamp. The corresponding illumination is first calculated for the given illumination, and then the thyristor controller is controlled to output the voltage.

The temperature fuzzy PID controller is shown in Fig. 4 as a schematic diagram of Fuzzy-Pl--D switching control. The basic control concept is to adopt fuzzy control within large deviation range and convert it into PID control within small deviation range. The conversion is automatically implemented by the microcomputer program according to the previously given deviation range. Fuzzy-PID control has faster dynamic response and smaller overshoot than PID control. Obviously it has higher steady-state accuracy than Fuzzy control. In practice, the three parameters of the PID control are optimized. The realization method of the fuzzy controller is to convert a series of fuzzy control rules offline into a lookup table (also called control table) and store it in the single-chip microcomputer for online control. This fuzzy controller is simple in structure and easy to use. It is the most basic form.
