On December 22, the civil engineering project of the 600,000 t/y paraxylene project's water supply and drainage pipe network unit of the refinery project of Hainan Refining and Petrochemicals Co., Ltd., which was contracted by Luoyang Engineering Company EPC, was formally started, marking that the entire project construction has entered a new stage.
It is reported that this project is an engineering project developed by Hainan Refining to fully utilize the rich aromatic hydrocarbon resources in the reformed gasoline, to the downstream development of petrochemicals, and to promote the extension of the petrochemical industrial chain in the Yangpu Economic Development Zone.
