Geneva Motor Show presents new technology for energy-saving components

Every March, major auto companies in the world gather at the Geneva Motor Show. Founded in 1924, it is the only large-scale auto show held in Europe every year. It is known as the “Various Trend of International Automobile Trend” and is the main exhibition platform for many auto companies to launch new products and technologies.

This year's 83rd Geneva International Auto Show also attracted the arrival of many car manufacturers, and from the models and new technologies introduced, energy conservation, emission reduction and low fuel consumption have become the technological trends of most automotive companies. The application of new technologies and new materials will enrich the interpretation of low fuel consumption, energy conservation and emission reduction.

Juniors become the mainstream

At this year's Geneva Motor Show, Volkswagen released the XL1 production model. The hybrid model equipped with a 0.8-liter diesel turbocharged engine and an electric motor made its fuel consumption “a new low.” It is understood that the combined fuel consumption of XL1 100 kilometers is only 0.9 liters. With its two-cylinder 0.8-liter displacement diesel engine fitted, it can provide 35kW of maximum power and a peak torque of 121N·m. With a 20kW electric motor, it is possible to drive 35 km in pure electric mode.

Ford also favored the "small", at the Geneva Motor Show, Ford introduced a model equipped with a 1.0-liter Ecoboost engine. Ford said that the 1.0-liter engine is the latest addition to the Ecoboost series. Small, this engine can be placed on an A4 size paper; the sparrow is small, but fully-equipped, 1.0-liter Ecoboost engine equipped with turbocharged, direct injection technology, dual independent variable valve timing and other technologies To ensure that it has excellent fuel economy, while also having excellent performance in terms of exhaust emissions, carbon dioxide emissions below 140g/km;.

In the traditional engine sector, many engine companies and vehicle companies are moving toward small-displacement, turbocharged engines to achieve better fuel economy and higher emissions standards.

Hybrid momentum continues unabated

Subject to the battery technology and high cost, the development speed of pure electric passenger cars is still slow. At the Geneva Motor Show, the use of hybrid new models and new technology highlights. Volkswagen, Toyota and other vehicle companies have all launched their new hybrid models.

Toyota introduced the Hybrid Synergy System (HSD), which consists of two motors, an engine, and a battery pack. One of the motors is directly connected to the engine and the other is independently arranged. Through the compound planetary gearbox and the control of the vehicle's electronic control system, the two motors can be flexibly deployed and transmitted through the gearbox. Wheels transmit power.

Volkswagen introduced the CrossCoupe TDI diesel plug-in hybrid concept vehicle. With the two motors fitted, one can output 180 N·m of torque to the front wheels and 270 N·m of torque to the rear wheels. The plug-in hybrid concept car can achieve 0~100km/h acceleration in 6.5 seconds. The power of the motor is provided by a 9.8kW.h lithium-ion battery pack with an average fuel consumption of 4.3L/100km. The mileage is 1288 kilometers.

Automatic transmission gears reach new heights

From the initial 3-speed, 4-speed automatic transmission to the more popular 6-speed automatic transmission, the automatic transmission has not stopped at the number of gears. The more dense gear design helps to improve driving comfort and also has a great effect on vehicle fuel economy.

ZF launched the newly developed world's first 9-speed automatic transmission at the Geneva Motor Show. It is suitable for transversal front-drive passenger cars and has been designed with a high speed ratio span, a tight ratio difference, and a compact design. Smart modular design, these are the basis of this transmission's energy-efficient.

Compared to the current mainstream 6-speed automatic transmission with transverse front drive models, ZF's 9-speed automatic transmission demonstrates even greater fuel economy while effectively reducing CO2 emissions. In addition, this transmission has a large speed ratio span, and the design of 9 gears makes the gap between each stall smaller, thus ensuring its excellent performance in terms of energy efficiency. Not only that, the ride comfort of the vehicle has been greatly improved, and the engine speed has always remained within the most economical range. By arranging the gear trains longitudinally and nesting each other, the size of the transmission is effectively controlled; well-designed control elements ensure shorter shifting times and faster shifting response speeds, making it less than the human body. The degree of perception allows drivers to have a superior driving experience.

Molded Graphite Block

he Molded Graphite blocks produced by our company are also called Carbon Graphite Blocks, which can be divided into extruded graphite blocks, extruded graphite squares, molded graphite blocks, molded graphite blocks, Isostatic Graphite blocks, and graphite blocks according to different processing procedures. Different particle sizes can be divided into: fine-grained graphite block, graphite square, medium and coarse-grained graphite block, graphite square, coarse-grained graphite block, etc. Strong chemical stability, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, strong lubricity, long service life, can be customized according to customers. Needs to be customized according to size.
Henan Kaiyuan special high-purity graphite manufacturer, Large Graphite Block, the use of molded graphite block: widely used in refractory materials and coatings in the metallurgical industry, stabilizers for industrial pyrotechnic materials, pencil leads in light industry, carbon brushes in electrical industry, and batteries in battery industry. Electrodes, fertilizer industry catalyst additives, etc. After deep processing, high-purity graphite can also produce high-tech products such as graphite milk, graphite sealing materials and composite materials, graphite products, and graphite anti-friction additives, which have become important non-metallic mineral raw materials in various industrial sectors.
