General maintenance and troubleshooting of smart electromagnetic flowmeters

General maintenance of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter 1) Regularly observe the sensor power cable and transmission cable (or wire) for damage and aging, and protect the rubber sheath outside the cable.

2) Regularly (usually six months) scrub the electrode surface with a soft cloth to remove dirt or deposits.

3) Remove debris from the upstream straight section of the sensor.

Intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter general failure and its exclusion 1) The liquid does not flow output: 1. The signal transmission cable between the converter is connected with a broken circuit; 2. The signal cable to the electrode connection is broken; 3. The electrode surface is dirty or deposit insulation Layer; 4. Bad ground or open circuit.

Solution: 1. Connect the cable; 2. Open the sensor and reconnect it; 3. Scrub the electrode surface; 4. Connect the ground wire.

2) No liquid output flow: 1. The signal transmission cable between the converter and the two core wires is reversed; 2. The power supply is not connected or has poor contact; 3. The sensor instrument pipeline, casing, and the end face have leakage.

Solution: 1. Reverse the head; 2. Connect the power supply and maintain good contact; 3. Repair the sensor.

3) The output is not stable: 1. The flow field is unstable; 2. The gas contained in the sensor contains large solid blocks; 3. The virtual connection of the electrical connection; 4. The bad grounding; 5. The electrode leakage solution: 1. Transformation Pipeline, or increase the installation of false sensors; 2. Normal phenomenon; 3. Check the wiring, connect the line; 4. Connect the ground; 5. Repair the sensor.

4) The error is too large: 1. The zero point is too high; 2. The fluid is not completely filled; 3. The power supply distortion is too large; 4. The grounding is poor.

Solution: 1. Re-adjust the zero point; 2. Improve the pipeline conditions, the sensor is always full of liquid; 3. Improve the power supply conditions, in line with normal working conditions; 4. Connect the ground wire

Mechanical Press

Using a mechanical press is a three-step process that begins with placing the material on the die so it stays in place. Then, the operator applies pressure to shape and/or alter the material as needed. Finally, they eject the finished product from the machine. Mechanical presses need to keep all their parts lubricated.

Mechanical presses may have hydraulic components in addition to their mechanical parts. These are only present to add to the efficiency and power of the machine.
Mechanical presses have various uses and advantages over their hydraulic counterparts. Some businesses may benefit more from one or the other, making it important to understand the differences.
