As an automobile manufacturing company, Geely Group maliciously registered the “Land Rover†trademark in 1999, causing chaos in the economic order of the auto industry and consumer confusion over brand awareness. It is a legally prohibited act and should be revoked. British Luhua Company believes that it is wrong for China Trade and Industry Committee to refuse to cancel Geely’s “Land Tiger†trademark. It asked the court to order the court to revoke the “Luhu†trademark dispute ruling of China’s Trademark Review and Adjudication Board and order the Trademark Review and Adjudication Committee.
