Common technical parameters of weighing sensor

When using sub-index representation to introduce BHR load cell technical parameters, the traditional method is to use sub-items. The advantage is that the physical meaning is clear, and it is used for many years. There are many familiar people. We now list its main items as follows:

Rated capacity The upper limit of the weighing range given by Shanghai Huadong Electronic Instrument Factory.

Rated output (sensitivity) The difference between the output signal of the sensor when rated load is applied and when there is no load. Since the output signal of the load cell is related to the applied excitation voltage, the rated output unit is expressed in mV/V. And call it sensitivity.

The percentage of the difference between the actual stable output of the sensor and the corresponding nominal rated output of the sensitivity tolerance sensor to the nominal rated output. For example, if the actual rated output of a load cell is 2.002mV/V, and the corresponding standard output is 2mV/V, the sensitivity tolerance is: ((2.002 - 2.000)/2.000) *100% = 0.1%

Nonlinearity The percentage of the maximum deviation from the rated output value between the straight line determined by the output value of the empty load and the output value at rated load and the measured curve of the increased load.

The hysteresis tolerance is gradually loaded from the no load to the rated load and then gradually unloaded. The percentage of the maximum difference between the loading and unloading of the output load and the rated output value at the same load point.

Reproducibility error Under the same environmental conditions, the sensor is repeatedly loaded to the rated load and unloaded. The percentage of the rated output of the maximum difference in output value at the same load point during loading.

Creep The percentage of change in the output of the load cell over time to the rated output when the load is constant (usually taken as the rated load) and other test conditions remain constant.

Zero output The percentage of the output value of the sensor to the rated output when no load is applied under the excitation of the recommended voltage.
